Celebrate Pi Day today with $3.14 pizza, free pie and more

Math scholars are acutely aware what $3.14 gets them on Wednesday.
March 14 is Pi Day, an annual celebration of the mathematical constant Ï€ (pi), which is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. The trillion digit ratio is rounded to 3.14.
For the rest of us, it's simply a day of deals on pizza, pastry and pot pies.

Offers can vary by location so call ahead to be on the safe side. Also be prepared for restaurants to be busy.
Bertucci’s: All east coast locations are celebrating the “Week of Pi” by highlighting ongoing promotions like its “Two for Tuesday pizza special” called “Pi Twosday” this week and “Pi for Kids” Wednesday, which is the weekly kids eat free with $10.99 or more adult purchase special. Also this week, preview the new spring menu that rolls out March 19 and includes a Verde Pizza for “Pi Verde.”

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum announce separation Channing Tatum and J enna Dewan Tatum announced Monday that they are separating after nearly nine years of marriage. The couple posted a joint statement to their respective Instagram pages. "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple,"   the pair said. "We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now." NJ Weather: School closings and delays for Monmouth, Ocean counties for March 22, 2018 While it was slow to get going, the nor'easter has definitely delivered on its promise of heavy snow. With that in mind, school districts late Wednesday announced delayed openings for Thursday.
